Presenting a full album listen of Movement by Gigi Masin. Released 40 years after his debut Wind, this release continues Masin’s long practice of making ambient music that moves with precision rather than spectacle. The album unfolds slowly, with drifting tones, submerged rhythm, and small changes that reward close attention.
Masin’s music has long lived between the private and the communal: intimate enough for headphones, expansive enough to change the feeling of a room. Movement brings that sensibility into sharper focus at Mono Space, connecting atmospheres to the body through rippling texture, repetition, and a sense of forward motion that never breaks the surface. The audience will experience the album in full, uninterrupted, on the OJAS soundstage.
Masin will be present for a listening session with audience and a short interview.
