Presented by Mono Space, this Gallery Hours explores the sounds and textures of the 1990s alternative music scene. Featuring selections from artists such as Bjork, Bebel Gilberto, Jamiroquai, Sneaker Pimps, Beck and the Flaming Lips the program invites listeners back into the world these bands created while tracing their lasting influence to modern ears. From raw guitars to hazy atmospheres and left field electronics, this set highlights the effortless energy and timelessness that continues to define the genre.
