Mono Space presents Gallery Hours, curated by Omari Jazz. Throughout the day, a rotating set of recordings curated by Omari will play through the OJAS hi-fi sound system, shaping the atmosphere of the gallery as visitors come and go.

About Omari Jazz
Omari Jazz is a composer, producer, and visual artist based in Portland, Oregon, whose music blends ambient textures, downtempo rhythms, and jazz-inflected experimentation. In addition to his debut LP Dream Child, Jazz has scored critically acclaimed films (Gaining Ground: The Fight for Black Land), collaborated on high-profile sound design projects (Metro Boomin’s Heroes & Villains, Lil Uzi Vert’s Eternal Atak), and released the eponymous Black Decelerant LP with Contour on renown label RVNG Intl. His livestreamed production sessions have lent itself to a number of remixes for artists like Hiatus Kaiyote and Son Lux. With each project, Jazz invites listeners into thoughtfully curated sonic worlds that linger long after the music stops.
