This guided listening experience explores the power of deep, focused engagement with sound. Research shows that immersive listening can activate the same inner networks tied to emotion, imagery, and reward, and in this setting, that translates into a richly felt, embodied experience. Sound & Body invites listeners to slow down, tune in, and notice how sound moves through the body and inner landscape.
Centered around the OJAS high fidelity sound system in the quiet, intentional setting of Mono Space, the session encourages stillness, somatic awareness, and a deeper relationship to listening itself. To deepen the experience, eye masks will be provided.
Tickets go on sale 9/17 at 12pm.
